Ordered the letter J. Waited 3 weeks still mo delivery. Tracking number stated it was in the USA then Manchester UK then was still in China. Contacted the company , their response was to offer a £2 refund. Then a full refund if I returned the item. Told them still not received items yet so could not return it. Save your money .

Ordered a letter E didn't light up at all edges rough and took nearly 2 months to come hardly any flowers in it either !!!! Have just decided to cut the wire off so at least it stands up but just without the light sent two emails heard nothing back don't order from this site wish I'd read the reviews first!!!!!!!!!

My item took 7 weeks to arrive, and I raised a case with PayPal. When the item eventually arrived it was damaged. I bought a standing initial resin 'A' that lit up, but due to how the wires has been set in the resin, it would not stand up. No reply from Friendenjoy to two emails. PayPal case accepted to refund for the damaged item however I have to pay to send to back from England to China, so really not worth my while as the item cost £17. I'll not purchase from Friendenjoy again as delivery was way too long, the item was not fit for purpose and customer service non existent. Please don't waste your money like I have

Oderd 3 letters for friends and family for christ mas have been waiting sincene october got then today 2nov sorry but not very pleased .They are ruff on the edges and lights carnt see when on sorry would like my money back please sorry GOT 2 ODERD 3 Could you let me know were to send them back please

Please read all the other reviews about the light up letters as I have just had the same experience! 6 weeks wait from America, 4 wilted flowers in each letter, sharp and damaged edges, awful quality! Customer service offered £2 refund then £4, would not send me the returns address or refund policy. I also don’t know whether this was just a coincidence but shortly after my order was placed, my bank card had to be blocked and replaced because someone in America tried to buy events tickets with it!!
