Do not order from this company. I have just received my order for a light in the shape of a letter 'J' - absolutely nothing like the ones advertised on their site!! it contains 2 small and one even smaller flower and the edges of the 'J' are not finished so they are dangerous as they are sharp and there is also a crack in the light itself. I have contacted the company and they offered first £2 compensation then £4! what an insult -I want my money back as its not fit for purpose. I also thought it was a uk based company but no China! And now they are not replying to my emails

Placed my order on 5th September still don't have it. The company send me generic messages saying its on transit but its now 8th November. They won't respond to my request for a refund. I have no goods and they have my money!

So I have already done 2 reviews here is the latest ,they are the most disgusting despicable company ever,I have sent numerous emails telling him everything eg how they are breaking the law etc and they really believe they are untouchable, the items sent out do not match the advert they are a load of crxp, before I ordered from them I checked trustpilot and nothing bad came up which meant that at that point people must have only just started ordering these, now low and behold everyone is now complaining and they don't give a dam . They tell you that the item has to be sent back to China which is a lie because this is where it is dispatched from 122 Malton Ave, Slough trading estate ,Slough SL1 4DE..they are out and out liars and compete scammers PS check your bank account to see how much money they have taken out

Tracking showed from USA but was actually from china . Took over 3 weeks to arrive They did light up but were smaller than advertised and the quality was poor Uneven edges and the same flowers I’m all 3 that were ordered Shame

I had purchased two letters. One is damaged and both of them were of poor quality. Do not trust this company and they will offer you compensation for more rubbish but will not provide a refund. It's awful how these companies continue to rip us off

I bought 2 floral letters from them and both rough to the touch. The product is bought in from China then shipped from America.. this is where the money is..they have admitted they don't quality check anything. And for the 28 worth of products all I've managed too get back was an insulting 7... DONT BUY FROM THEM

I have not received my goods Said it’s in Lincoln but never arrived Need to try to get my money reimbursed

Like many others, took 6 week to come. It is much smaller than it looks on the advert and too dangerous to give anyone as a gift. Sharp edges all over, 4 limp looking flowers and no contact was made when I emailed to complain. It’s going in the bin😡😡
