I have already left a review and have put one on friendenjoy website. Like someone else has said, my review has not even appeared!! All positive ones. Absolutely rubbish company. No one has responded to my original complaint. Please do not order an initial light.

I ordered 3 letters: E, A, M. Nothing like on the website, was waiting 5 weeks and what I got is awful, cheep nasty, fake imitation. The flowers inside are dry, cheap, dull, broken in pieces, also other rubbish inside. The edges if the letters are sharp, rough, can cut fingers. Buttery run out after couple of hours! I was going to give it as a Christmas gifts for my friends but no way, not giving this rubbish to anyone! Waist of money! I asked for a refund, but no hope to get it from this scammers!

Do not buy from this company. I ordered a product which never arrived. I had to pursue why it hadn't been delivered by Royal mail but was directed back to the company who should refund or resend and claim back from their account with Royal mail. They refuse to refund/replace and just send a standard email. They do not answer the phone and if you leave a message they ignore it. Complete Rip off.

Wish I had read some of these reviews before ordering!! Saw their ad on FB and have not seen any more since then. Ordered a flower initial for a friends 80th birthday. After numerous emails it finally arrived yesterday, only took 2 months and was far too late for her birthday. Looks absolute nothing like the adverts. A couple of dead flowers and a tiny bit of fern, absolutely pathetic. Originally they also charged me far more for it than was stated on the order. They did refund the excess after I complained. PLEASE do not order from these people, it’s just one big scam!!

Ordered 2 flower letters with lights. Took 2 months to come and they are awful. Sharp edges, dead flowers, way smaller, lights not working. Initially responded to my emails asking for videos of the crap products but nothing since. Absolute con. Put a review on their website and they've deleted it.

I ordered 4 of the letters as they looked beautiful in the advert. I've waited a long time for them to get here. They finally arrived and I've only received 3. I've emailed the company but haven't had a reply yet. The letters look nothing like the advert. They are very small with hardly any flowers in them and the flowers look dead, the edges are rough and look like they need finishing off. I don't want to give them to my grandchildren at Christmas as they look cheap. I'm not happy
