If I could give a zero I would. Avoid at all costs. Order a letter for a 60th birthday present a month before the event, didn't turn up and tracking had it in the US, China and Manchester!! Customer service said they were trying to expedite with the delivery company but still waiting 11 weeks later and they are ignoring my emails. So looks like I've lost my money and had to purchase another gift.

I wish i had read reviews prior to purchasing! Item nothing as prescribed, and when i sent a email asking for a refund and enclosing pictures they are telling me they look the same. FRAUDULENT! The pic enclosed is what they sent me!

Friendjoy 3 months later still no parcel they have sent me tracking number that has no relevance at all. making it look like Royal Mail have my parcel they have not. It allegedly cleared customs in the UK on 8.10.24 I also go an email 12.11.24 from some one called Tony Max and made it look like it has come from PayPal "PAYPAL AT SATISFIED 24 DOT COM" to say that I need to pick it up FROM ROYAL MAIL I tried to email back but it was retuned by Mailer Demon as address does not exist THESE PEOPLE ARE SCAMMERS DO NOT USE THEM YOU WILL NEVER GET THE GOODS AND YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR MONEY BACK ANY GOOD REVIEWS FOR THIS SITE WILL HAVE BEEN WRITTEN BY PEOPLE DOING THE WRITE REVIEW JOBS THAT ARE ADVERTISED ON FACEBOOK WRITING FAKE REVIEWS TRUST ME I KNOW TRUST PILOT SHOULD NOT EVEN HAVE THEM ON THIER SITE THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE

Do not buy from this company. I ordered one initial light product which I did not receive. They sent a replacement which finally arrived a few weeks later. The quality of this product was diabolical. Very badly finished, to the point you could cut your skin on the edges and there was an oval piece at the bottom which prevented the letter standing up which I was told to “knock it off”. After many emails back and forth, I was finally offered a measly £7 without having to return it as it was too costly to return to china and they were not prepared to pay for the return even though the products was not fit for purpose. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They obviously don’t have any form of quality control !!!!!!!!!

I ordered 3 of the Letter lights. It took around 2months to be delivered! All 3 lights do not work, rough edges and not the amount of flowers expected. I did reach out to the company who did respond but wanted photos and video of the lights. Sent over and reply received saying they left their warehouse ok but they would give me £5 compensation! Ridiculous! Just want the lights to work! I would not recommend this product, i can accept 1 as faulty but 3!

Looked on site before purchasing 1 letter V flower/nightlight as a birthday gift .What an absolute scam took 5 weeks to arrive, and looked nothing like shown on site. 4 inches (10cm ) tall powered by a tiny battery that lasts about 3 hrs. Total waste of money. So angry .😡😡

I ordered 2 flowered lights from this dreadful company back in September 24 and still not received them , after many emails to complain they have sent me false and fake tracking numbers that do not exist I have requested a full refund from these people and heard absolutely nothing they will not even have the curtesy of reply to all people that have complained

Delivery of 3 letter lights A, D and L have just arrived. Absolutely shocking! Not at all as described, very badly made, very few flowers and not finished off properly…….I’d feel embarrassed giving these out as Christmas presents…..so angry
