The packaging of the food was done very well. I was impressed with the delivery and packaging. My dog absolutely loves the fresh pet food. I will keep ordering this.

He loved your home style I bought in the pet store so I decided to enroll. He liked it at first but has, as with everything else, stopped eating it. Has not lost any weight and no other differences.
Response from FreshpetApr 16, 2026
Hi Vickie, thanks for reaching out. Since our recipes vary in calorie content, portion sizes may need to be adjusted depending on which Freshpet recipe you're feeding him. A member of our team will review your pup’s plan and feeding guidelines and reach out to you.💚🐾

Mistakes have been made like not driving to house, not putting address in system, failure to delivery notices And the website is really not friendly.

Our pup loves the Beef Turkey and Lamb recipe. My kids say I’m spoiling her with “Bougie food” but for the added cost I think it’s well worth it to give her food that’s not highly processed.
Response from FreshpetApr 22, 2026
Hi Jason, we're so happy your pup is loving Freshpet. Thanks for trusting us with her nutrition. We're here for the cuddles, the zoomies, and all the healthy meals to come! 🐶💚
