Dog loves the food and delivery and customer service is great! The reason of my low score is that after the original discount the product is simply TOO expensive! Also shops are not stocked ! So having to order direct means the big box takes up too much space in fridge . Bring down the price and I happily start re-ordering

I have a very fussy Dog after trial and error this is the food she loves lots of variety Excellent customer service. Subscription service fantastic idea.

I started buying this in 2018 for my then diabetic cat as part of a purer diet that included freshly cooked fish and other cooked meats. I discovered the packet sachet food is often full of poor ingredients and that's what led to my late cat developing the illness. It's been a brilliant find and I continue to feed it to my other cats, stock availability per another review here has caused concern and problem, trying in store for 6 weeks led to me ordering online and I was happy to receive a delivery within a week! Overall, it's a high quality food that has improved my cats appearance and activity. We need a bigger range of cat sausages in the UK!

Our French bulldog loves his pet fresh particularly fond of the chicken and vegetable pouch. We recently switched to the subscription service and the first order was delivered on time well packaged and with adequate use by dates. Only issue we did not get the 50% discount on the first order? Sent an email as suggested 4 weeks ago and heard nothing. Toby enjoys the food my only complaint is the website states 50% off first two subscription orders and I have paid full price so would appreciate a response?

I started using this food for my cat (the chicken roasted meals cat food and sometimes the salmon and beef roll) in January 2021 when he was a kitten. The results were fantastic. He loves the food, his coat shines and being an indoor cat, his poops don’t smell much which is testament to how fresh this food is with such a high quality meat content and grain free. Things started to decline after a year. I always purchased as I needed from my local Tesco but they had stock problems and ran out for months (January - March 2022). When I spoke to Tesco staff in store and on the phone and also when I contacted Freshpet customer services in the UK, no one could give me a valid reason as to why the stock problems and when it would return to stores. Freshpet staff in particular were clueless. I occasionally ordered online but for cost and also because I don’t want to over buy and waste food, I prefer to buy in store as I need it. The stock problems did ease but once again in the summer of 2023 I had difficulty finding it in Tesco. To my disappointment, when I tried to order online again direct with Freshpet, the order structure had changed and you can only purchase an 8 pack monthly subscription at £50. This is too much money for me and it will also result in food waste because my cat would not get through this amount of food in a month. Both he and I love the food (best on the market in my opinion) but sadly I feel my days as a Freshpet purchaser are numbered as here in the UK anyway, stock availability is too erratic, chaotic and unpredictable. I haven’t been back to my local Tesco store lately to check if it’s back in stock.

Dogs love the food but have two different sizes of same chicken product. Both are tender chicken but one with 57g portion size is and the larger one has 114g portions but can’t find any information on why or if it’s more condensed hence the smaller size and servings. And the smaller dog selection has the 57g portions but they are high protein. Confused.

I have just started using Freshpet and my little Yorkshire Terrier absolutely loves this food. I will definitely keep on ordering. The only thing I would change is the bags of treats as I don't have enough time to use them all before the expiry date.

Always purchased Freshpet Small Dog products directly from the supermarket until it was discontinued. My Dog absolutely loves Small Dog, so I looked everywhere to purchase it, came across Freshpet online. You can only order a box selection, which is a waste of food as my pooch will only eat small dog, she wouldn’t even eat the treats! With her loving the food, decided to go with it. The first delivery arrived on time, then-on-after there was a consent mix-up with delivery not arriving. Spoke to Customer Services several times, in the end canceled subscription as I have to rely on getting food. Shame you can no longer buy from the stores as you knew where you were and buy the items that your pet likes. Added comment to Freshpet Reply After receiving your comment, I went to two local stores, I can confirm, I nearly did a cartwheel when I saw the product in stock. I pray it doesn’t stop again.
