My dog loves this food! Customer Service was excellent after DPD messed up the 1st delivery.

At 11 years old she is very particular with what she eats.. she Loves Your Turkey bacon Treats the most.. A lil expensive compared to other Treats but worth it to keep her Happy...!

I gave it a try.my dog didn't,t care for dry kibble.she gets excited every time I serve it.she wags her tail the entire time she eats. she used to get upset stomach and gag a lot.not since her third serving.i would eat this stuff myself.it smells that good.it is reasonably priced for fresh food.i give it five stars.

Awful customer service my dog hates the broth and the treats bit you can't change the menu. I have tried phoning said they can't do it as I need to verify my phone number with them but keep saying that the phone number is wrong, I know I am giving them the right number. Tried emailing again its appalling completely disgusted

My dogs love the food but the customer service is lacking. I’ve been charged twice for my order but trying to get a refund is a nightmare. I’m hoping this review prompts somebody to help!

Where do I even start?! Initially I made an order through the website for a xmas hamper and a subscription of rolls. Shortly after I received an error message that was cut short so couldn’t read it so I phoned the contact number as I’d received no confirmation email of the order. I was told it would be escalated as a priority and someone would ring me back that same day. This continued for 4 days me phoning, explaining over and over again and nobody returning my call until the last day I gave an ultimatum and said if I hear nothing by 12pm the next day I would be phoning to cancel and get a refund. I then received an email the next day saying my order had been processed and would be delivered the next working day but when I opened the pdf invoice there was only the xmas hamper on there and the subscription of rolls that I had had already paid for was missing. I phoned them yet again to inform them the invoice was wrong and I was told that they can 100% guarantee my order would be turning up in full. The next day my order was delivered, I opened it up to find the xmas hamper had been delivered and nothing else so yet again I phoned and explained everything from the beginning to be told it would be escalated as a priority (fancy that!) after not hearing anything for a few more days I phoned up again and got told the same thing. I insisted a manager phone me back as I was clearly getting nowhere! Needless to say no manager phoned. I called again today to be told I should have received an email asking details of my pet, firstly why? After I had already filled all these details in which must have met the requirements needed as my money was promptly taken. I checked my emails and sure enough, nothing from Freshpet. Exactly how hard is it to get what you paid for?!! Now I’m at the point where I requested a refund as I believe I’ve given enough of my time, patience and sanity trying to sort this out. Who knows if I’ll even get a refund, it’s anyone’s guess at this point.

Was very pleased with the Quality, delivery and Packaging of the Products we received, we have one Happy little Rescue lady.

I have been subscribing for over a year, and was really very happy. The courier could be rubbish but the food is good and my dog genuinely likes it. Its not smelly, or messy and I dont end up with hundreds of tin cans. The dog is healthy with good poops. The food is perfect and I genuinely want to buy it. The problem is that I cant. My subscription just stopped, with no notification whatsoever and my customer login no longer exists. I phoned them to be told it was an IT issue and someone would ring me back. I am still waiting. As I had run out I drove over to Morrisons and Tesco (neither of which are local for me) to find the freshpet fridges empty. I know I’m not the only peeved off customer as there were two other people in Morrisons with the same problem as me. I was told they had been offered a new subscription which was a lot more expensive and had a load of ‘forced’ extras like bone broth we simply dont want. I can’t get it on subscription, and I can’t get it reliably in store even when I drive miles to the stockist - so tell me what option do I have but to switch brands? I’m yet to receive a call back from Freshpet, but in the time it has taken them to pull their fingers out my Butternut box trial order has already arrived. I suspect they will lose a lot of customers over this shoddy business practice.
