My dogs are so excited when I get a bag out of the fridge. They love it and it was a great price for my first order.

Nothing special. YOU COULD FEED THEM ROAST BEEF AT THESE RIDICULOUS PRICES
Response from FreshpetJul 7, 2025
Hi Col, thank you for reaching out. Like many food brands, our pricing reflects the cost of fresh, high-quality ingredients, meats, labor, and transportation. These factors help us continue delivering the nutritious recipes you and your pets know and love. Pricing may also vary depending on the specific recipe and the store where it’s purchased. We truly appreciate your loyalty and understanding as we navigate these changes, and we’re grateful for your continued support! -Jillian

Thought I would try this for my new dog who absolutely loves it. She loves the slice and serve rolls and absolutely loves the turkey bacon treats. She licks the bowl clean every feeding, perfect poop and shiny coat - what's not to love.

My dog is 16 and until I tried him on Freshpet he ate very little, and reluctantly. What a surprise! He loves this product and I swear he is more agile and healthier looking since starting on it

My dog absolutely loves everything from Freshpet, especially the turkey bacon treats. He gets very excited when the fridge door is open and he sees them! The bowl is always licked clean with the meals and he has had no upset tummy since changing dog foods which we have experienced with other suppliers :)

Hi Kirsty, sounds like your pup has great taste, those turkey bacon treats are a fan favorite around here too! We’re so glad to hear mealtime is now tail-waggingly delicious and that his tummy is feeling better since making the switch. Give him some extra belly rubs from us next time he does his happy fridge dance! Have a pawsome day! 💚-Jillian

After seeing the TV advert, I order some of this human grade cat food, which “Daisy” was thoroughly impressed! The meals are made with high-quality, fresh ingredients and delivered right to my door in insulated packaging. The convenience of being able to order for delivery means i can try new flavours keeping things exciting for my cat. While it's a bit pricier than regular cat food, the health benefits—shiny coat and increased energy—are totally worth it. Highly recommend for any cat owner looking to upgrade their pet's diet!

Hi Andy, how marvellous to hear that Daisy is thoroughly enjoying her meals! 🐾 We're ever so pleased the advert caught your eye and led you to give our recipes a try. Knowing she’s benefitting from the fresh, high-quality ingredients, with a shinier coat and more pep in her step, truly makes our tails wag. Thank you ever so much for the glowing recommendation, give Daisy a gentle chin scratch from all of us here at Freshpet.💚 -Jillian

Smelled lovely I honestly thought my old cat would like it but he won't go near it very disappointed
Response from FreshpetJun 16, 2025
Hi Marie, thanks for reaching out. Were sorry to hear your cat didn’t enjoy our recipe. When introducing a new Freshpet recipe, we recommend a gradual transition over 7–10 days to help prevent digestive upset and food refusal. To make the process easier, start by mixing a small amount of Freshpet with your pet’s current food, then slowly increase the Freshpet portion each day. You can find more tips on transitioning here: https://www.freshpet.com/en-gb/blog/how-to-transition-your-pet-to-fresh-food Hope this helps! -Jillian
