YOU ARE "AWSOME"! FREEPET IS THE COMPANY FOR COMPLETE "CUSTOMER SERVICE" AS IT USED TO BE IN THE BUSNESS WORLD! WE WERE HAPPY TO SEE THAT SOME THINGS WOULD NOT CHANGE?

Customer Service is the best of any company I have ever dealt with. There have been a couple issues at different times, with delivery services, that the customer service reps responded quickly and got the issues resolved almost immediately. The fact that my dog enjoys the food just makes my experience with Freshpet about as enjoyable as you can get.

We started fresh pet when the new puppy came home. The transformation for the two old guys was so easy, The bowls have never been emptier when feeding time is done! We have since lost one of the older guys, but we are still loyal to your product. Thanks for the extra playtime!!

I have two dogs, one is a golden doodle, 14 yrs old, the love of all the family. My second dog is a little beshon? that trys valintly to be like our roxy, but she is overweight, and the one thing she loves move than a good nap, is her treats. ON the other hand. My roxy is such a picky eater. However, she does enjoy Freshpet. If it didnot have carrots she would likeit ever better! I have been a subscriber to Freshpet for some time. I think there food fills the bill nicely with my sweet puppies, and conparing prices to other brands, I feel like I am getting a good bargain. If you have not tried Fresh pet yet, I think your dog will enjoy it, give it a try.

My dog loves Freshpet! He’s a very picky eater, but he’s never once turned down a meal. His digestion has improved, his stools are consistently healthy, and he’s full of energy!

Having a subscription is so convenient. I don't need to remember to pick up my dog's food when grocery shopping. My dogs enjoy the natural ingredients in Freshpet and I know it's healthy for them.
