I am in the process if migrating my online school from Teachable to Freshlearn. So far the experience has been seamless. Customer support has been available throughout and easily accessible, setup video calls have been timely, clear and helpful. If this level of customer care continues I will not hesitate to give Freshlearn 5 stars!

Their lack of a free trial + no refunds made FreshLearn just a money hole for us. The sales page design tools are outdated, and the integration options were poor. After attempting to setup my account for 12 hours I requested they cancel my account, and to refund me. It took them a week to respond and they just asked me questions like "What integration were you looking for?" I would answer, they would take a week to respond with another question. Finally they said they cancelled the account, but it rebilled anyway. A year later, they billed me on their annual plan. When I emailed them again about this, they said they can't cancel the account, that can only be done inside the dashboard by myself, and that they have a no refund policy.

Fantastic! I just had my onboarding call and they answered all of my questions. I was told about the help videos section, direct chat box, and/or schedule a call feature for any additional questions.
