FreshLearnReviews of freshlearn.com

It was so nice to speak with Fresh Learn support by video call. This helps me have a more clear understanding of how the platform works and what my next strategy is. High recommend you look into Fresh Learn for your online courses.

Very good experience. Most impt to me is the ability to understand the support. The accents can be difficult for me. RHAGU was very knowlegable, patient and I could understand him.

Once again, customer service came in clutch and answered all of my questions regarding upgrading my FreshLearn plan, email marketing & automations, community, and Stripe checkout. Raghu is always happy to walk me through how the features work and how I can customize it for how I want it to work.

I had questions regarding FreshLearn and was continuing canceling. I reached out to them and was able to schedule an Google Meet appointment to discuss with actual person. The rep did not "sell" me and focused on answering my questions and showed me that I had support.

If I have a question and don't find the answer in the Help section, I email their Support team or ask on their live Chat. They reply straight away and sometimes, even with a video they've specially recorded for my own solution. Which other platform can top that?

Hi, There have been a lot of issues to get all up and running. :) But I would like to say special thanks to Frank from FreshLearn who was supporting me without hesitation and was always there with solutions for each case. It's customer orientation approach and that can been felt. Amazing work! Elina
