Support is awesome, the platform is simple to use and has all the fetures of the more expensive platforms, very happy with FreshLearn.

I've just set up my FreshLearn account and the support team have been excellent. I was having trouble adding my email domain and I had a support phonecall with the team who walked me through step by step. In terms of creating a course - it is very straightforward and easy to use. I'm looking forward to launching my course.

I have signed up for another year with Freshlearn. I like the software, but I really appreciate the customer service. Every time I have had an issue or a question and have contacted them, they respond right away, email me from support if there is an issue, follow up until it is resolved. They have even called me to make sure my concerns were alleviated. I am very comfortable with using this software. I was going to switch this year to another platform, but I feel comfortable here.
