The initial onboarding was prompt and service calls are available in a timely manner. However, the service on the service calls is often provides incomplete information and work in-between calls takes a long time and often requires follow up calls. The "experts" often fail to fully inform me on what is required or all the implications of their actions which has led to many frustrations in delaying projects or error that are costly. I regret my decision to use their services.

I shouldn't have ignored some reviews I saw with the same complaint. If you look through the reviews, most of them are right after a good customer service experience with one particular person. We're human, of course we're going to write a positive review of the person. I'm leaving my old reviews up because that was how I felt then but if you look at my last one, I had issues that I felt were addressed. Well they weren't. So I've moved on to another LMS that works well for my needs and has a much nicer UI for my customers. I've been using it since the beginning of the year and finished migrating my customers months ago and everyone is relieved. Because they didn't have features they promised and I wasn't able to get my customers using FreshLearn for quite awhile, they agreed to add extra time before my next payment. I had on my calendar to cancel on my previous renewal date knowing that it would still be before it actually renewed. Apparently they didn't make a change on the back end and they still charged me and now they won't refund me "according to terms and conditions." 1. Ummm, no. You said I'd have extra time 2. Even if I did actually cancel on my renewal date, that's pretty sleazy. My business always refunds customers if they cancel on their renewal date. That's a whole year they don't want. It's just bad business. This is still a cheap option for a white label LMS if you're looking for cheap. They also have an app, which is hard to get anywhere else and definitely isn't included. But you get what you pay for. It works if you have simple needs and like the UI. You also own all your data so other than this payment issue, leaving is easy.

The verdict is still in on FreshLearn. I purchased the best product, but they have not met their migration date. Promised 1/16/24 and then 1/19/24 and still waiting. Not feeling confident about my purchase and decision to move to FreshLearn. I hope the prove me wrong.

There has been some good aspects to their platform but working with them has been a disaster. If i was employed in a company to manage the learning portal, I would be fired for choosing a company and software that gave so many problems. I don't have the energy to write all the problems with their software and customer services, so I'll just tell you one. THey migrated my website from thinkific and made such a mess of it. THe client names would not display in email campaigns. After 4 months it still is not fixed. When I showed them multiple emails missing the clients name. THey said they would fix it. I gave them my various accounts so they could review the fix. Instead of fixing it they deleted the accounts. THey actually deleted my accounts - can you believe that. Then they added them back in manually, with spelling errors in names and unregistered from the courses that those accounts were registered in before deletion. Now the accounts worked because it was not a database upload and they said - look there's no problem. I never agreed to have my accounts deleted. They refused to actually deal with the problem and deceived me trying to coverup their incompetence.

I made the mistake of purchasing an annua; subscription a month ago. The platform makes a lot of promises, however as I built my first course, I became increasingly frustrated with the user interface. Having quite a bit of experience building online course, I expected a much more streamlined process. Instead, I found the interface to be very disjointed and lacked the capability that I was accustomed to working with. I contacted them to cancel my subscription (you can't even manage your own subscription on the platform, which is odd) and requested a refund. They were unwilling to offer a refund past 14 days (it's been 30), which is not a lot of time to get fully familiar with a platform given the time involved in creating the course I was working on. They wanted me to get on a support call so they could show me what to do, but that is not the problem. I know how to use the interface. It simply does not meet the standards I expected.

In exploring freshlearn I've been impressed by a number of the features and reviews. But I've noticed that the "chat" doesn't seem to ever be active (at least for my timezone), and when I go to set up a meeting with someone from freshlearn, the only times available are between midnight and 3am my time. I'm very reluctant to get involved with a platform if everything is being run based on a timezone 12 hours away.

After I have spent quite a bit of time after being contacted again and again for more than 6 months by some pushy sellers, I finally tried to sign up and shift from a way more professional platform (Thinkific) it turned out to be, to try Freshlearn out. It all sounded good, and they had some service options for my customers that Thinkific do not provide. But – and there is a big but – it turned out that their employees on Freshlearn wasn’t professional and the migration they had promised to take care of lacked a lot of things and even my name was spelled wrong. I tried to contact them countless times to fix the mistakes and finish the job but nothing happened. I then asked for the money back guarantee they had promised me when I signed up – again nothing happened until I wrote one more review on Trustpilot. I had to go back again to Thinkific (to a more expensive subscription than the one I had before) simply because it works, and they deliver what they promise. No more, no less, where on the other hand Freshlearn overpromise but underdeliver. The reason why I do end up giving 2 stars is that I finally received my money back and I am sure the owner of the company have good intentions for the platform but only not have a staff that is professional.
