FREESKY is a smart choice! Power, reliability and good service !
First of all FREESKY ebikes are the best, they excel in power and quality alike and there warranty is great, had to replace the crank on my Himalayan ebike and it was shipped promptly and was fixed in no time at all. Customer service is great and responsive! My next purchase will be the ALASKA. FREESKY opened my eyes to the world of ebikes and it's just the beginning! Thank you!

I ordered a wild cat it has full…
I ordered a wild cat it has full suspension it's seems to be holding up it's heavy but it does ride very smooth it has great rear ,motor with good power up hill 4 piston brakes this is a great upgrade because of the weight of the bike seems to do very well when you are going downhill too there are other e bikes that do not have 4piston brakes this is a good selling point on this bike because it's much safer to have over all it's been a fun ride plus this company will reply to your needs for other parts or warranty issues they have helped me with a controller issue and took care of the concerns I had so if you buy from them you will receive good support

Wow what can I say about this bike,was a bit sceptical at first to order,but so glad I did,it's a fantastic bike in everyway,lovely to ride,and tge power is there if or when needed,cant fault it,great riding experience,and the customer service is second to none,especially Ande,highly recommend

Bon vélo et service après vente excptionnel
J'ai un freesky swift horse depuis 2 saisons et je l'adore! De plus, le service après vente à distance est tout a fait exceptionnel. N'ayez crainte que si vous avez des bris ou anomalies, freesky s'occupe de vous rapidement et vous envoi de qu'il faut. A date ils ont toujours tout fait pour corriger les trucs qui on fait défaut.

C'est génial d'entendre que ton expérience avec le **Swift Horse** et le **service après-vente** a été aussi positive ! C’est vraiment un atout quand une entreprise assure un suivi rapide et efficace, surtout en cas de souci avec le vélo. Ça donne vraiment confiance et montre que Freesky est là pour ses clients, peu importe le problème. Tu as mentionné que le service après-vente a toujours été réactif, ça fait une grosse différence pour se sentir soutenu. As-tu eu des soucis majeurs avec ton vélo, ou étaient-ce des ajustements mineurs?
