FREESKY eBikeReviews of freeskycycle.com

Bought myself swift horse after reviews online. I was not disappointed! Fun and fast! Bought wife wild cat pro. Small issues with bike but tech support on it right away!! Wife likes the power for hills!

I bought the Alaska Pro M-520 to do deliveries, and it has exceeded my expectations, especially for the price. The bike is dependable, fast, stylish, and easy to put together. Freesky's customer service is also excellent. I had to order extra batteries since I'm doing deliveries, and Horlan, their customer service rep, has been extremely helpful and responsive throughout the process. He even offered to have a spare part machined for me when they were out. I highly recommend Freesky.

I've been working with Horlan from the service department at Freesky for a few weeks concerning some upgrades for my Freeksy Alaska Pro. Had some initial communication issues after placing the order but once I reached them, they got things resolved quickly. I had to follow up with them again concerning some missing items from the order and Horlan responded quickly and got them shipped out right away. Minus the initial communication delays I gave Morlan and the service group 5 stars because they have otherwise been very responsive and resolved all of my questions/issues in a timely manner.

Merci Freesky!!!

Bikes are badass. shipped perfectly and easy to assemble. Freesky makes a great e-bike. 100 percent recommend.

I purchased the Swift Horse Pro package back in October of 2024. The package came with add-ons at a good discount (bike rack, etc). EVERYTHING was easy to assemble and SOLIDLY Built. It comes with the standard "controller" that maxes out at 20 mph or so, which is plenty fast for most people. If going 35 or so mph if wanted, a separate controller will need to be purchased for under $200 (not bad). The power is remarkable when I take it trail riding and the battery life is great. Additional accessories are available for this bike a nominal cost. Best part is I'm coming up on a year of ownership and this thing is working as good as when it was new!

FREESKY Alaska 2025 Dual Battery Electric Bike. Few problems to start with. They forgot the rack and the speed controller was broken. Amazing customer service got it sorted as fast as possible. Me being a fat lad the bike as no problem getting to its speed limit of 15.5mph (UK LAW) no matter what gradient your on. Fantastic bike.

Great company to deal with. First of all the bikes are excellent! Secondly customer service has been flawless. Super responsive when I’ve asked questions and very helpful. Highly recommend!
