Thank you for sharing your experience with the Freesky Ranger M-540! We're so happy to hear that it's been a perfect fit for you, especially with your height and weight, and that the dual motors have made it such a powerful and smooth ride. Reaching 56 km/h with both motors engaged is an impressive feat! It’s also fantastic to know that our customer service team was able to assist you quickly when you encountered the error code, ensuring you stayed on the road with minimal downtime. We take pride in being responsive and easy to work with, so your feedback really means a lot to us. Changing the seat post and seat to something more comfortable is a great customization for your ride, and we’re glad you’re getting so much enjoyment out of it! Almost 1000 km in just 6 weeks is an awesome milestone—sounds like you’re making the most of your bike! Thank you again for choosing Freesky. We're thrilled to be part of your biking journey and are here if you need any further support in the future.

It sounds like you’ve had a great experience with both the Alaska Pro and the Eurostar from Freesky! With 2,000 miles under your belt, that’s a lot of time to get a feel for the bikes. The Eurostar's lower center of gravity seems to be a big plus for you, providing a more stable and comfortable ride. That’s something a lot of riders appreciate, especially if you’re looking for easier handling and more control on diverse terrains. It’s also great to hear that both bikes have been solid for you with no issues. And it’s awesome that you've even been able to recommend Freesky to friends—word of mouth is always a good sign of a reliable product! If you're ever considering a new addition or upgrade, feel free to reach out—I'd be happy to help with any questions.
