FREESKY eBikeReviews of freeskycycle.com

I purchased a 2025 upgraded Alaska Pro dual battery 41Ah in April 2025. Had been shopping and doing my homework on a whole bunch of Ebikes and FREESKY was the brand I sought out and got, so very happy with the bike and the brand itself . Service has been impeccable if there was a question or a problem a representative has gotten back to me with in 24 hours or even less. Can not say enough good from the FREESKY family. I would recommend any bike that they have.

Very good customer service, fast and relevant. All of our questions were answered, and we received the support that we needed. Thank you!

Exceptional value for the price. Bike has been working great for 6 months. Battery life is best in class. Customer service has been outstanding; very responsive at getting back to me and resolving any questions or issues. You must remember, they work the night shift in California to be on the factory’s hours in China. I HIGHLY recommend Freesky based on value, performance, unmatched battery life and excellent customer support!

EDIT: AFTER THIS REVIEW, they provided a great customer service and support. Will be great if a review will not be needed to receive it. OLD REVIEW: Bought 2 bikes from them, these are GREAT, amazing products and performance for the money (bought them through a reseller in ali express). Then I bought accessories from the official website, a mess. They asked me for a first time purchase discount which I gave my email for, didn't worked. Then after I ordered the rack for my warrior, this arrived at my place beaten up, box falling apart, screws missing, which I EMAILED THEM and they told me they will send another set of screws. This is not how you ship a product, the box was in AMAZON RETURNS STATE.

I Recently purchased 2 freesky models the amazing Alaska pro with dual batteries and the warrior pro with dual motors! Let me firstly say that thus far my experience with this company has been amazing! Had to reachout to customer service a couple of times for technical advice and both times had answers within a very short period of time! Big shout out to Michael and Jensen who have been ultra helpful! Bikes are really reliable and are fabulous value for money! Looking forward to a great business relationship! Well done Freesky for producing such great value fun bikes that certainly do exactly what it says on the box👍

Love my Freesky, great customer service! after speaking with them and ordering my bike it arrived in 4 days hassle free, great after sales support, built with quality components like Bafang, Samsung & Shimano, best price out there for a full suspension E bike.
