A loan I never gotten from freedom loan

Meeting with Oscar (salesman) was fine. Very helpful and pleasant.

I just received the 4th vehicle I have purchased from Freedom Motors. I been very pleased with the rear entry conversions. The wait to receive my vehicle this time was a bit long but ultimately worth the wait.

Friendly, helpful salesman. Good car. Modifications well done with exception on passenger seats in back were not usable due to placement. However,I can see why they were placed as they were and have since had them moved to where they are better for our individual needs. Overall, a very pleasant experience and vehicle

This is not an easy process when you do not see the actual vehicle you are getting. We did go to a local Kia dealership, but it's not the same as driving the car you will own. A couple of unknowns: we did not know that the spare tire would be left free on the floor where the wheelchair goes when space is at a premium, and we thought the vehicle would be delivered by a salesperson (to review the conversion), rather than a delivery driver. All in all, it went very smoothly and everyone we spoke to at Freedom Motors was pleasant and accommodating.

Except for 1 minor problem this was an easy process. Tom brought out a sample conversion and we had our locally purchased KIA Soul shipped to Michigan for the conversion. Freedom Motors even helped in recycling the rear seat to be used by another Soul owner. All in all we are very happy with our purchase.

We are in love with our van. It is perfect for our needs. We chose a rear entry, and it is the best choice for us. Our town is small and the parking spaces are not exactly handicap size. With the new van we can park anywhere.

Vehicle met my expectations. A couple of minor fit and finish issues. Over all a excellent value for the money.
