Fred MeyerReviews of fredmeyer.com

I don’t shop Fred Meyers as much as I use to because they stopped putting their weekly adds in our paper. Dumb move on their part. Doesn’t give me a reason to go in if I don’t know what’s on sale or what their weekly specials are! Not a smart move Fred Meyers!!!

The people are usually very nice. However… I dislike shopping there. The digital coupons are very hard to access. They keep wanting to direct you to on-line shopping. Quality of food is NOT “fresher than fresh”. Brands other than Kroeger are harder to find. The worst thing for me is the store layout….whoever decided to do that has convinced a lot of people it’s just not worth the hassle of shopping there. I am transitioning to other stores.

My experience is when I went to return food that was soggy and wasn't able to eat.The day I threw my reciet away not expecting I need it.The customer returns opens late and I don't go down that way only on weekends. The Manger in charge acted like she could do nothing for me.So she was short and I explained again it was money thrown away because of not being able to eat.I never return stuff so she acted like anything was impossible.

I would give it zero stars if it was a choice. I was just there and an employee told me that the store was closed. When I said “ it’s not 10 pm” he replied “ we don’t take customers after 2155”. It was 2156 by my watch which is a little fast! Shame on you for forcing me to go down the street to Walmart. I probably even saved some money.

🤔 I'm not exactly sure why all these people are complaining... It's a fantastic store with ultimate customer service! Yes, sometimes they are out of things, but that kind of goes with the times these days... Still great prices without the coupons (with the club card, of course) and even better with the monthly customer appreciation coupons! Has everything I need, plus some. My absolute favorite grocery store!

my whole 44 years of life fredmeyers has been very good quality and pricing. and now living in the worst of times with prices sky high fred meyers quality and pricing is the best! whoever owns and controls fred meyers i want to say thank you for what your store provids people! thank you very much!

Fred Meyer is truly a One Stop Shopping. Hackers can use Fred Meyer One Stop Shopping to get your driver’s license information. Fred Meyer requires driver’s license to be scanned with a liquor purchase. In this age of ID theft, it seems like a bad idea to have my driver’s license on a stores system. We all know no system is hack proof. There is no reason a store needs a copy of my driver’s license. Checking ID is one thing but scanning ID? Why does a corporation need my driver’s license information and what is Fred Meyer doing with that information?

I am done with Fred Meyer. These are my reasons: - They change the layout every few years. I spend more time looking for what I need. I REFUSE to buy anything else other than what is on my list. I know that this strategy is intentional. Google, "Why Do Grocery Stores Change Their Layout?" It's a waste of my time to shop at Fred Meyer - They use to be a great store until Kroger bought them out. Their prices are too high and you only get sale prices if you use your coupons....huge hassle and time consumer. - They have empty shelves and often don't have what I need. I have to go to another store... a huge waste of my time. Shopping at Fred Meyer is a waste of my time.
