So I took that money order from Fred Meyer for rent for a property. It did not end up working out and I’m having a horrible time trying to cash my money. I have money. I have my valid driver license. I no reason for the flag or to verify, but they will not refund the my money orders!! It says Fred Meyer on the money order . I have everything intact but they’re not observed. It has no validation behind it no logic it is pretty disappointing. Sad that a corporation will make it so difficult to give you back what it’s like with your so easily able to take it but when it’s returned, that can be real day-to-day life difference you pay my rent or not will not do it take awayattacking someone’s day-to-day it was so easy money taken from me but now an amusement order from the Taylor but a hard time I didn’t get what it’s like back to me with all the necessary injustice despicablemoney order. Stay away from money order Fred Meyer one of the time I need money.

At least 50% of the time, when I try to find an item online, I get a message that reads "Access denied. You are not allowed on this website". I have been shopping there 47 years and have had a shoppers card for over 10 years. Now I have to go to Walmart most of the time. Fred Meyer website is almost unusable now.

The freddies on 148th and division is the worst! I go there everyday and every night!! And tonight was the worst noy only did i have my cousins funeral today but i have jus been supper deppressed so after sleeping for a day and a half i wake up starving i got to freddies on 148th i start asking for help so i can be pretty quick considering they closed soon well all the employes start laughing at me and start literally talking to me like i was stupid one of the females replies "im jus reading" then the boy at the self check out literally lied to me. After getting everything rung up as they are all standing at the front of the store looking at me laughing and treating me like im stupid i asked him to print the receipt so i can type in my card number he says " nopr not allowed" and starts laughing. i said "really i do it literally every day here" he says "nope sorry dont know what to tell yu goodbye" i type in my number everyday and dont have a problem. But now all a sudden i can do it. I left crying. Im still outside of the store and they are all outside cracking jokes at me and being super disrespectful. I cannot believe a store is ran like this. I would be so let down and ashamed to be a manger here! This kids need a customer service class! I will return in the morning to speake with a store director.

They have what you need. One-stop shop

I shop in Port Orchard WA once a week. Started watching my receipts and EVERY shopping trip I am overcharged from the listed isle price. I'm going somewhere else, this has to be intentional!

Feels like Fred Meyer tries to hide past mistakes by deleting all the items we ordered for pickup but they claimed we're out of stock. A big detail if you're going to rely on pickup or delivery from them. Customer support are polite but ineffective when I can talk/chat to someone.

They have the worst app in history of apps. You can't scroll it because it just stops and opens something that your finger absolutely didn't mean to touch. You can't get back to it because it keeps going off page and giving you a stupid message about their policies. And you can't expand it because it will just tap on an item and expand that instead of the page. I hate this app

The cashier in garden center area (Boise at Franklin and Orchard St. is an extremely Rude and condescending employee (Kristine). I went there for some sale items and my card declined while searching for another payment method she stood there the whole time looking frustrated and glared at me. I was already embarrassed enough. In these times of financial uncertainty for a lot of shoppers, sometimes these things happen. Kristin needs to go back for additional training on how to be more human like towards customers as she wouldn’t be employed without us.
