the workers are great, I shop at fredys in clackamas. the other day I went to the newer fredys in happy valley. there prices are higher in happy valley because the neighborhood is looked at as a nicer area with more expensive houses so case in point clackamas fredys gallon milk 3.79.....happy valley 4.29.....50 cents higher? isn't that called price gauging? yes it is. so they have higher prices at happy valley than clackamas. there warehouse is a couple blocks away. fredys must think we are all to stupid to just go somewere else. like winco.....this world's greed Will be its downfall.....

Well it's basically our best supermarket in town but last customer service ladies been rude and buying locks recently and someone cut and switched keys so later on the key wouldn't unlock said property hassle to return but I suppose f.m fixed the situation not happily but thankfully overall glad there in our town

The store doesn't stock products according to popularity of sales. The things that sell better only get a small space, and not enough package size selections. Blue Buffalo dog treats I buy are constantly out of stock. The bacon sizzle and small or mini assorted bones... also A-1 STEAK SAUCE ONLY HAD 1 BOTTLE ON SHELF AND ONLY 1 SIZE AVAILABLE. OTHER BRANDS HAD MULTIPLE facings and selections. I shop at Fred's because it's such a nice store and clean . I would like to see this changed, not what some corporation gives shelf space to those that buy the shelf space. Also the extra digital coupon is stupid and DOES NOT WORK ON MY PHONE, tried it several times and have had customer service try to help me but they couldn't get it to work. Do the Digital Ciupon is DISCRINITAORY. AND ELDERLY PEOPLE ARENT TECH SAVVY LIKE YOU WANT YHEM TO BE.I used to be able to scan the coupon and the the checker would complain about using it that way and sometimes refuse to honor it that way. Annoyed. I am going to tell you that the Self Checkout can Automatically take Bills! No need to press the button!

The people are usually very nice. However… I dislike shopping there. The digital coupons are very hard to access. They keep wanting to direct you to on-line shopping. Quality of food is NOT “fresher than fresh”. Brands other than Kroeger are harder to find. The worst thing for me is the store layout….whoever decided to do that has convinced a lot of people it’s just not worth the hassle of shopping there. I am transitioning to other stores.
