the person taking my order had no knowledge on what I was ordering, I could not locate an item I really needed. and it is sad to know Dan sold Frank's business on and yet I would love to know how they are, they are old friends in the business

Hello Joan. We appreciate you taking the time to leave us your feedback. We understand that change can be difficult and we love and appreciate the customer base that Frank and Dan have left to us. Unfortunately, with the way our world is now things are ever changing! We reviewed your phone call with our rep and we didn't hear a lack of product knowledge on the phone but rather a lack of customer familiarity. It looks as if you have not ordered from us in some time and hopefully in the future you will give us a chance and we can build the same relationship that you felt you had with the previous owners. We truly appreciate your business. Thank you for choosing Frank Rowe and Son for your grooming needs ❤️
