Orders are way later arriving than when under Frank Rowe.

Hi there, 98% of your order shipped directly out of the Frank Rowe and Son warehouse in Pennsylvania. We do apologize that your tub chokers were on backorder, and unfortunately had to ship at a later date however, that was noted when you placed your online order. Again, we apologize for any inconveniences caused, and appreciate you taking the time to give us feedback. Thank you for choosing Frank Rowe and Son we truly appreciate your business!

We always order from this company and normally never have a problem. However, this time, one of the products had leaked out into the box.

Each phone call is a pleasure when it’s time to place an order. Everyone has been helpful and goes above and beyond! And of course the products are also excellent. I’ve been dealing with Frank Rowe & Son for as long as they’ve been around. my grooming shop the Clip Joint in Baltimore Maryland has been in business for 53 years. My two sisters my mother and I met Frank Rowe himself when we started Attending the groom expo in Hershey PA. Great great company!
