I was happy to get what I wanted and that the sales person mentioned to me how to get free shipping. I was confused because Rowe no longer exists but the invoice, etc., looks like it does. I was surprised the order came from Illinois not PA. The shipment was not as quick as I hoped but that is probably because I thought it would be coming from PA before the salesperson explained the move to me.

Website wasnt applying free shipping for my products so i had to call in and Pet Edge answered my call. The rep corrected the free shipping problem. Please fix the not applying free shipping error on your website. Im hesitant to order on line from you now.

This was my first time ordering from Frank Rowe and the shipment arrived just fine. Unfortunately the guard combs I purchased, were not the combs received.

Poor Packaging, it was loose/came in to big of a box and or not enough packing material in the box. Clipper blades were being bounced all over the shipping box and out of their original packaging.

Service was good. I got my package in time. The only complaint I have is your website where you have to fill out the forms in order to set up for customer service. It could’ve been planned a lot better.
