Hi there, we do understand your frustration and do have a claim in with USPS. Unfortunately, in Illinois we had highways shut down, and carriers not able to be on the roads due to extreme weather conditions. We are starting to come out of this storm that is -34 degrees, with 50mph winds, and 13 inches of snow. None of our carriers were able to pick up our shipments hence this delay. The USPS has committed to us to have the investigation completed tomorrow, and if not, we will send you a replacement order. We apologize for this inconvenience. and truly understand the frustration.
