1 star is very generous for the kind of business they have going on. Avoid there apartment at all cost. I have uploaded pictures of the state of the apartment in JLT!!! Unfortunately pictures can’t show foul smell. My brother did the booking of their dubai Apartments in JLT it was a horrible experience, they refused to relocate me to another unit even when they saw the apartment had foul smell and no running water. Racist company who treat people of color horribly. The customer service person asked us to cancel and then went ahead to charge us for the 5 days stay. Horrible business practices. There need to be some form of justice and I’m sure the UAE authorities would be interested. We won’t let this go.

Liars and awful non existent customer service We booked an apartment via AirBNB and Frank Porter were the hosts Upon arrival we discovered no hot water, no water pressure, blinds that all rattled with any air conditioning on and a fridge that wasn’t working. The door mat at the front door was in two pieces and worn to the max which wasn’t a good first impression at all. We reported this immediately and Frank Porter asked us to stay in the apartment the following morning for workmen to attend, we had to cancel our plans to wait in for workmen as apparently Frank Porter didn’t have a spare key. What letting agency doesn’t have a spare key and expects guests to stay in to wait for workmen? We were told a new boiler would need to be fitted by the workmen On 3rd day of our stay we travelled to Abi Dhabi for 3 days and advised Frank Porter of this, they asked us to leave the key under the mat so that workmen could enter to fix the problem, we refused as the door mat was so worn anyone could of found it and gained access to our personal property whilst we were away for 3 days We asked airbnb to step in early on and advised us that Frank Porter had lied and told them we refused them entry, this is a lie as we didn’t refuse entry we said we were not going to leave the only key we had under the door mat for 3 days where anyone with access to the building (including delivery men) could find it and enter our apartment where our personal belongings were. With many many hours of emails, texts and phone calls between airbnb and frank porter this totally ruined the first 6 days of our holiday. We then were told Frank Porter do in fact have a key, they seemed to want to inconvenience us constantly We have all of this on text from Frank Porter which has been sent to airbnb as proof we are not lying. Upon arrival back to the apartment after our few days away we discovered that someone had been into the apartment, lights were left on, kitchen appliances moved around and personal belongings including my jacket stuffed into a kitchen cupboard sticking out We phoned frank porter and asked for an update as even though someone had clearly been in again the water pressure was not fixed. We were told someone would call us back in 5 mins and 2 hours later we called back again and was told the same thing someone would call us back in 5 mins, this phone call never happened. This was the last straw for us and we left the apartment immediately leaving the case with airbnb to sort our refund out. This again ruined another evening where plans had to be cancelled so that we can move apartments. This has ruined our first 6 days of our holiday with cancelled trips and so much lost time trying to get these things fixed, Frank Porter didn’t want to know they just fobbed us off and lied over and over. Having read the reviews on here now I realise we were not the only ones to have experienced a issue with this letting agent and being in Dubai you so not expect this lack of conduct from company. I would never use Frank Porter nor recommend them to anyone.

Complete scammers! They cancelled my reservation before it began and then refused to refund the money. I had to raise a dispute with my bank. Frank Porter then refunded the money, but immediately withdrew the funds again from my account. I contact them about this and they respond that "I never paid for my reservation." They are professional scam artists, not a business at all! They stole over £4,000 from me and months later I'm still fighting to get it back. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

THE WORST SERVICE IN DUBAI. They are LIARS AND scammers!!! I cannot explain how bad of a company they are. Don’t let them fool with you their host “Anna “ she doesn’t exist and so does their ethics. don’t pay upfront like we did. They moved us four times in on month because of there irresponsible mistakes of not fixing the homes. They will move you last minute and make your lives a living hell. They don’t even deserve one star

Horrible customer service, and very poor experience. They threw some personal items that I forgot in the rented apartment in Dubai without even bothering to call and ask, if I forgot it or left it on purpose. Customer service is useless, no response or solution when I called to report that I want to get my items back. Asked for a manager and no one bothered to call. Very bad experience, never dealing with them again!!

Disappointing Experience: I recently had a bad experience with Frank Porter and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. I applied for the front desk coordinator role which was open at Frank Porter Dubai before I was told that the role is placed on hold and was encouraged by the HR to apply for the Communication Executive role instead. I communicated to the HR that I do not have experience in communication but was still encouraged to try for the role and was asked to attend a training. Since it was a three-day training, I asked whether this would be paid for since I will have to spend time and money to attend it. The HR Ms. Maria advised me that I will receive an amount of AED 50 per day for my transportation allowance. When I felt that the role was not for me, I informed the team that I will unfortunately not be able to continue. After 3 days of training I asked the payment to HR Ms. Maria and she started using unprofessional way of talking. She said that there was no payment at all since I did not continue. Although she never mention that no payment incase I will not continue. She even advice me to raise a complain to labour or court. I’ve wasted my 3 days to work with them without paying anything. I am writing this review to give awareness to those who wants to apply in Frank Porter as the way their HR, Ms. Maria, was communicating with me after informing her that I will not be continuing and requesting my payment for the 3 days. I think it is first and foremost unprofessional and I am sure she can use a more friendly tone especially when communicating with people outside the organization as she represents Frank Porter. I don't think any talent should be spoken to in this manner regardless of whether they join your organization or not. So unprofessional she is! I attempted to address these concerns with the company, but there was no response. I believe in constructive feedback, and I hope Frank Porter takes this as an opportunity to improve managing for the future employees. I would appreciate better communication and more attention, be specific in the future. I'm disappointed because I had higher hopes for this company, and I hope they can work on addressing these issues. Using people is not fare!

What a shocking experience having moved into a two bedroom apartment in the Dubai Marina, where we specifically asked for a dedicated workspace, it was communicated in person and online that there were dedicated workspaces at the Continental Towers. The bathroom plug doesn’t work so the water runs out when you take a bath, the tv freezes every two minutes, the cutlery is mismatched and aren’t in sets. It’s honestly a disgrace. Very disappointed.
