THE WORSE COMPANY TO BOOK WITH. We had such a bad experience with Frank porter on airbnb. They won’t post my review on there so I’ll post it on here. We got to the airbnb. Not enough utensils or amenities. Constantly, asking for items like towels. When I changed the sheets the duvet had rodent poo stuck on it. They took hours to get back to me with a clean duvet. They cleaned my room and charged me for it. Things I complained about Rodent droppings Bad smell constantly Leaking sink Not enough kitchen utensils and pots and pans Not enough towels Broken clothes drying rack Coffee machine and kettle but no toaster Fire alarms going off early mornings of the day Sunday cleaning pool making lots of noise Frank porter should not do business with anyone

AWFUL EXPERIENCE ! AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!CARELESS UNPROFESSIONAL AND MEDIOCRE.. I rented an Airbnb for my mother and aunties and we had a DISASTROUS experience. FRANK PORTER did NOTHING to rectify ALL THE MISTAKES , the WRONGLY ADVERTISED apartment…etc. No apology and no compensation was offered. They didn’t care to leave 3 elderly women waiting for over 3 hours in an apartment advertised for 3 guests but that can only fit 2 !!! We waited 3 hours with not even a bottle of water. There was linen and towels for 2 and not 3, all the sofa cushion were soaked wet, the bathroom was dysfunctional….the list go on and on… DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

Amazing place to stay in al Barsha, close to all attractions, but not crowded with tourists! Very comfy self check-in, also all amenities were at the place, such as towels, coffee machine with capsules, shampoo etc.

A perfect stay in Dubai, the location is great, apartment is super nice even better than the pictures. It was fully equipped. Frank Porter's team was very helpful and responsive. Would sure come back.

One of the best experiences I had in Dubai. Responsive and very helpful team, and a magical apartment with astounishing view of Burj Khalifa. Definetly will book with them for my next vacation.

I had a great experience in the apartment of Frank Porter. The location is perfect, near to Downtown and around the building, where the apartment is located, there is pharmacy and grocery store which is very convenient. The apartment itself was very clear and well equipped with all the essentials and appliances. Furthermore, the view of the balcony is amazing. Frank Porter was an exceptional host with immediate response to everything I needed. I will definitely come back!

The company has projected an extremely rosy picture on short term rentals. However the reality is very different. They should project reasonably and not overstate. The company seems to have ethics issues. They project and income of AED 12,000 and surprise surprise - deliver AED 847 in the peak month of Dec 2023. I have requested that they be audited as I clearly suspect wrongdoing by employees or management. There clearly is a corporate governance issue which the company needs to address. They also overcharge on maintenance for small items. Sometimes I believe they make lot more money than what they write in the contract. I would strongly discourage any owner to give their property for rentals through them.

If you are the flat owner and are thinking about renting your flat shortterm, please, do not use services of Frank Porter!! I have very bad experience with them and I terminated the agreement after few months. At the beginning, they projected income for my flat total 87 000 AED, which sounded ok. The problem started in December, when there should be peak season and the income was projected for 16 000 AED. Reality is, that from December 12 to January 5th (when I terminated the income) there was no reservation and my total income was 3 800 AED (4times less than projected). I d be OK with 10,15 or 20% less then projection, but not 4 times less! When I asked them for explanation, the reason they gave me was: "Our projection is great but market has changed." I do not understand what Market has changed means, but when I saw some other shortterm rentals in Dubai, all of them were full for the peak season. So I terminated the agreement and FP charged me 1 500 AED for early termination of the agreement. I had many discussions (email) with their clients service when I was explaining that their poor services management cost me money and I find it highly unprofessional to pay them termination fee, I had also one phone contact with their sales person. Unfortunately no one had the guts to give me contacts of their higher management, I d love to talk to them!! SO when I termintaed the agreement, I asked to send me list of furniture which they purchased for my money - the answer was their procedures do not allow them to send this list. EXCUSE ME? I gave you the money to purchase it and I do not care about your internal procedures. I found contact to their CEO on LinkedIn, send her message and reality? As expected, no answer, do not expect anything else from this company! So overall I highly do not recommend to anyone to start cooperation with this company and if you do, please, do not believe their market analysis and mainly, be aware of their internal procedures, you ll never know what they come up with.
