Frames came in as I ordered them, however they were damaged in shipping. Price was decent, however I wasn't particularly impressed with the quality of the frames. EDIT: After I contacted them, they were very nice and offered (and sent) replacement frames for the ones damaged in shipping

Everything was great except having to hammer in the piece in the back. I was afraid I would crack the frame. I understand why you don’t though. Maybe hammer it in so it can be hung horizontally or vertically

A couple of the corners were not so great, there was a small split on one side at the joint. The size was correct and the ordering was easy. Took a couple of weeks to arrive.

I wanted to buy a couple of frames with nonstandard dimensions. Looked in a lot of other places but Frame USA was the site that offered the most variety of options, especially accounting for nonstandard dimensions. Customer service was responsive, friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others and come back should I need more frames.
