SCAM … ORDER NOT RECIEVED
I ordered several things from this site for Christmas delivery and never received any of my orders .. they were paid for but not received. I sent inquiries to the site and finally got some one to check the issues.. I got back an answer that " the delivery was verified " so they let it drop and put it in to my court to check with the delivery service .. I never received any evidence that the product arrived .. and they were flippant as to my problem. I would NEVER order from this company.. THEY TOOK MY MONEY .. BUT I NEVER RECIEVED. DON'T TRUST THEM!!!

I ordered gifts for my nieces and I…
I ordered gifts for my nieces and I never received it. I had to fight with them to get my refund. I opened a claim and sent it back to them and almost 2 weeks later nothing was done. Their customer service is based in the Philippines apparently they have no contact to any form of management and when you insist they hang up on you. I did get most of my refund but Fragncex kept the shipping. I kept telling them I want my full refund and I just get hung up on The carrier didn’t put it in a secure place and follow directions. I have a sign in my sort It states - Deliveries -please knock on delivery. The carrier did we can’t knock for safety reasons and left in view of everyone waking by when muon was home and if hey would have just knocked things wouldn’t have gone this way Fragncex took no responsibility on th carrier they use Alan’s they are dishonest. I HAD TO FiGHT FOR MY REFUND. THEIR RESPONDED TO THIS REWIEW IS FALSE. Customer Service doesn’t deal with their customer they hang up on people. Do not buy here, there are a lot of better companies My profucts were stolen when the Carrier they chose didi not follow simple instructions and this company blamed it on the carrier who which they hired. It was really hard to report this to Fragencex. Just a horrible company .

Also be aware that when carriers provide PROOF OF DELIVERY we need an investigation. Please note that the carrier was able to provide proof of delivery. Despite having the proof it was delivered. We still refunded you. Have a wonderful day!
