I had this product before but I could not find it afterwards. I used FragranceX and am completely grateful with the product that I received. Very prompt in delivery which is great.

Found most of my old favorites that no one else has. Arrived very quickly and were full sized bottled not mini trials. Super happy with whole process.

Have yet to get a refund... I made a previous review on how dissatisfied I was with my fragrance purchase. As they instructed, I sent my order to the address customer service provided me. 2-3 weeks later I inquired about the status of my return through their email and no response despite them saying that all claims are responded to within 1 business day. I sent 2 more emails and have yet to get a response. I fear I'll never get my $100+ back at this point. edit: Just got off the phone with them. They refused to proceed further unless I gave them the tracking number because customer service did not provide me with a free return label. Not only that, the lady on the phone said that I must call them when my return arrives to receive a refund (they will not do it automatically once they receive the package for some reason). I am fuming. Never order from this site. Customer service is unprofessional

I am so sorry for any confusion. You were refunded for the return. Please note that it is not us but the 3rd party in Canada that is suppose to be the one that notifies us when they receive a return for our company. The only way we would know if a return was returned in CANADA is if the address where the return label is returned to notifies us. Our company is not in CANADA. We allow our customers in Canada to return to a warehouse there to make it easier for them instead of having to pay return cost back the the States.
