I got what I asked for and I got itin a timely manner, the only complaint I have was that when I searched patchouli no6 popped up and I bought, but it doesn't really have that patchouli "mustyness" I like which was my fault in the long run cause I didn't know what it smelled like, but that on me. Yall did great!

I ordered Juicy Couture Oui by Juicy Couture 3.4 oz because I had tried it at a friend's house and fell in absolute love with the smell. FragrenceX site/ordering/shipping/delivery were great. However, the product I received was not the same. It definitely has been altered. Massive rubbing alcohol smell in the front, though it does turn around within an hour to a resemblance of the original smell. Ultimately, not worth the savings to get a subpar product. Save your time, save up your money and spend it on the original from a reputable store. While I requested a return the customer service was very quick to send a return label and apology for my dissatisfaction, however paying the return shipping of $6 and possibly losing more if they so deemed seems like a bigger waste so I'll keep it and use it daily til it's gone and purchase the real thing. Lesson learned.

Hope you are well. Please note that we do not charge you to return the items. We provided you with a free return label. Once we receive the return you will be refunded in full back to the original method of payment. Please also note that we do receive everything from the manufacter. There are sometimes that there are what they call "bad batches". We can offer a full refund or a reshipment. (It would be from a different batch.) I've ordered from FragranceX multiple times over the last few years and every experience has been great! Their prices are as good or better than places like WalMart and Amazon, and the selection is endless. All the colognes I've received have been authentic, and no issues at all. Shipping is always quick too.

Now I'm being blatantly lied to, this is the response I received from my review, ''Please note that this was delivered on December 19th according to the tracking. You never reached out to us to advise us that you have no received it'' This is a blatant lie, is this really the customer service we should succumb to, I never received anything, I reached out numerous times (I have receipts) quit lying and accept responsibility and be accountable for once, this is not how you treat customers by painting them as liars, I paid you guys I expect to get what I paid for, no one ever reached out to me, instead I'm the one doing the run around, I want what I paid for or a refund. This behavior is disgusting and very incompetent, this is the first and last time I purchase from fragrancex you guys are frauds.

We are so sorry this ''Please note that this was delivered on December 19th according to the tracking. You never reached out to us to advise us that you have no received it'' was not meant to be sent to your review. There was a glitch. Your order was shipped out on DECEMBER 16, 2022 with PICUP. Unfortuntly as we stated to you in emails there was a strike with a local carrier in SOUTH AFRICA. All the employees went on strike therefore delaying thousands of out packages. Once we finally were told what was going on which was weeks later. The broker stated to us not to worry that they were handling it. Meaning that they were picking up the packages that were already in possestion of the carrier who went on strike. So they then got the packages and started to redistribute them again with other SOUTH AFRICA carrier. We have reached out to the broker to see they can provide us any information regaring this specfic order. Once we receive a response we will deffinatly get this resolved for you. Please accept our sincerest apologies again.

I just received my order, this is my second time purchasing from this site. I live in the Philippines so understandably shipping takes 2 weeks maximum. The perfumes are -so far- always legit, and I am really satisfied. I am sure I will order again. Thank you FragranceX for letting me smell perfumes that cannot be found anywhere here!

I am a first time buyer and applaud them for communication and speedy service, however I made a mistake with my order. Instead of guess gold I accidentally ordered guess new. It smell like toilet spray. I'm highly disappointed. Perfume I purchase from MRL in cape town .SA longer lasting and smell like original. I am Soo disappointed

They claim that their fragrances are 100% authentic, but I have the original Paris Hilton for men and the one I purchased from Fragrance X. The original I purchased from Kohl's smells nothing like the one I purchased from Fragrance X. Very disappointing.

This is my second order with FragranceX and for the second time the ordering and the shipping process were fast. I ordered on a Saturday and the package was delivered on a Wednesday. The fragrance itself is wonderful and I’m glad I bought it on an impulse. I will be buying from FragranceX again.
