Different cost if the order is not in USD
For fellow Canadians: order was placed in CAD. Total order (including taxes) on the website was different from the actual charge. Reply from the seller: "Please note that we process all payments in USD and we charged you $$$ USD, as per our exchange rates we estimated this to be CAD $SSS but it seems that Paypal charge you more because of their different exchange rates". My expectations are that the cost of the order on the website be honored. Alternatively, the cost should be provided in USD only, so it will avoid possible confusion. Today's update: I was notified that one of the ordered items could not be provided. Refund was issued, and after the excgange from USD to CAD refund is, obviously, less then the cost I paid for this item. UPD: based on the answer from FragranceX, the currency for the order should be set to USD, and other curencies should be ignored, as exchange rate will be different.

Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of. Please note that we state on our site that we only charge and refund in USD. Here is the exact wording from the site. "Sorry, we cannot split payments onto separate cards or pay methods. Please note all charges and refunds are posted in US Dollars." We are sorry for any confusion that you had when you were on our site. Our site is not meant to be confusing. It is meant to be helpful for the customers. We can only refund what we was paid for the item. We charge what the order cost. We are not provided any additional cost. Anything extra is again not us charging you it is your bank. Have a great week!
