I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all of our customers are taken care of. If I may ask, What is your order number? Please note that you most likly bought a "tester" Which we show on our site in the description. We are able to sell testers because we purchased them directly from the manufacter. We do not have a physical store where customers can come in and "test" fragrances so manufacteres sell them to us at a lesser cost (for the most part). They do not come with a fancy box or a cap. This is why they are considered a "tester". As far as if its vial samples we buy samples from manufacters as well. Being we purchase them we are able to resell them because we purchsed them directly from the company. We DO NOT receive them free we purchased them. We would love to resolve this issue for you.
