I always thought that your site might…
I always thought that your site might sell original products, until this time I decided to find out I was wrong or not, and I realized that my idea was completely correct and I am not satisfied with your product, and your perfume is a fake and a copy...

Bad customer service and bad delivery…
Bad customer service and bad delivery ..my wife ordered 3 perfumes with value of 400$ to take them with me to my home country ..I never received them and when I contacted the customer service..they said we cannot do anything..very bad people in charge of customer service ..very cheap staff ..I will never recommend it ..my friend already told me to avoid them because of the quality of the perfumes but I did not listen …very disappointed experience..s**t

Please note that the carrier was able to provide proof of delivery. They have denied the claim stating that the proof of delivery shows it was delivered correctly. Please note that we have reached out again to the carrier on your behalf. Please note that we did ship out the items that were ordered. We shipped them to the address that was provided. The carrier was able to provide proof that it was delivered. We provided the services that were paid for. And we are still attempting to get it resolved with the carrier on your behalf. If you would like to please feel free to contact the carrier as well. Maybe they can approve the claim and we can then provide a refund. We are not giving up just yet and have filed appeal on your behalf. Have a great week!
