I have placed order and was canceled 3-4 times. The reason given was i failed to provide bank verification code. When i tell them i do not understand what they mean. The next thing you know the order was canceled. The customer support is not helping much bcos i will only get a reply after the system canceled my order. No live chat to help with the problem too. Why do you have to make an online purchase so difficult? I dont understand that. Come on its 2023!

I'm giving them one star because they up the price on the perfume give you a 15% discount and it brings the perfume down to the regular price of other stores. Yes the perfume is real. Yes, the perfume do come in a timely fashion. The only way I will order from you guys again if it's a hard perfume that I can't find in other stores. Other than that, no I would not order from you guys again. You guys up the price and put a discount on the price and it brings it down to the regular price. I don't like that that's just a scam!!!!

Just an update ,my perfume didn't have the order number on it(My fault) so was sitting in a corner, Renee emailed me and my refund is being sorted,So all resolved.

Update, fragrance x was right. The money was not charged and today I saw the funds as available, my bank gave me incorrect information. I wasnt crazy however over the customer service, so I aplogize and change the review. Precious review Please know you will have problems with refunds from this company, and they delete my messages. I paid the order with a debit card, and they told me they could not ship and that the charge was just an authorization charge so that they would not refund, but my bank confirms the money was already debited from my account, FRAGRANCE X wont help and they are basically calling me a liar telling me that I cant file a claim with the bank when I already did.

All the Fragrances are nice, the only Deodorant seems ai not as strong (even in smell) as expected, compare to Drakkar (for example). Everything was delivered perfectly, Thank you!!!
