This is my first time using this site
This is my first time using this site. I think they should begin using another logistics company to deliver in canada. I was home all day and my package never got to me. I checked the tracking and was surprised to see that the driver marked my address invalid when it says so on the mailbox by the road. No attempt to contact me and I see that my order has been returned to shipper. It hurts because it was a gift going on a flight the day after. Now it's meaningless as I can't send it anymore. I now have to wait another 5 to 7 days for them to reship it. What's to say they won't tell me my address is invalid again. I think they should be better than this.
