FragranceX is an awesome company! Their fragrances are authentic and decently priced. Their shipping is cheap - even for international orders, and they have a responsive customer service. I have ordered from them four times now and will be a regular customer. I’m so happy I found them!

The website does not clearly inform that additional charge may apply. I thought I had already paid the full amount including shipping and handling to then receive a big charge from DHL. After contacting the company, I was told that they have no control over these additional charges and if I refused to receive the item, no refund would be issued. I have requested a partial refund to help me handle these unexpected charges, but so far no reply. Very dissatisfied.
