I placed my order on Feb., 6 but it never came (today is 23rd). Tracking says it's still at the first point of the route with no courier assigned. I called them after 2 weeks - they said tracking starts when the parcel crosses the border. Did not happen. Next time I asked for refund - money did not appear on my account. I think this was a scam from the very beginning. I am preparing a statement to the FBI. Order #57503263, ticket# 2179552. No tracking number yet.

you have the items i want. prices could be a tad better, but still, pretty good! could use some way to sample the products before we buy, i would buy lther ones i liked

As an individual customer\perfumes collector, I bought a number of perfumes at this place, there is almost no purchase without a problem on their part, the last one this week, Varvatos perfume, arrived without a cap, the atomizer leaks horribly after each spray. Be aware, they have misleading information in the orders. From my experience, I'm sure that this place once sold other goods, and then switched to selling perfumes, because the type of problems I encountered with them are not typical for those who deal in this aesthetic field. A typical cheeky response of yours's to my review, the fact is that you sent me a defective product, that is highly correlated to your services level, I already told you, that I don't want the contact with you anymore.

I bought a bottle of Une Amourette by Roland Mouret on the 29th January and received it on the 3rd February. Unfortunately I caught covid and didn’t open it for ten days. When I did I realised it didn’t smell like this perfume (which I’ve bought many times before not from Fragrance x) and the ‘scent’ such as it was lasted about five minutes instead of all evening. I believe it is a complete fake. Unfortunately I’m housebound and sick and cannot get to a post office to return it but have asked for their courier to pick it up. I am so shocked as I trusted Fragrance x to sell the real thing and now regret it very much. Perhaps they will get it collected so I can get my refund. I am very disappointed- the scent is a very expensive and I can’t afford to lose £95

Muy mala experiencia: El pedido llegó bien y a tiempo, lo único es que comprobado el precio y comparado con El Corte Inglés, Perfumerías Primor y Perfumerías Paco, la diferencia de precio por una fragancia de 50 ml. es de 12 E. Y además el olor no perdura en la piel. Ahí lo dejó.

Misleading photo on website. I ordered Bvlgari Amethyste thinking it will come in its new box as showed in their website. It was delivered to me in a old packaging which was not displayed in their website. I reported it to them but no response.
