My package was marked delivered on 2/17 but I had not received it in a week. I contacted the company and was told to file a claim with USPS, so I did. My local department presented to me to send to them a letter from the USPS saying there were many instances of reported theft from mailboxes at my complex due to tampering at the same time, and that my package was likely one of those affected. I asked what could be done about this and the answer given to me was pretty much that nothing could be done. I understand that people scam but I don’t understand the refusal to work with me given that the USPS provided a letter. If you don’t believe me, why not at least verify with the USPS on my behalf that the thefts from this address are valid? Regardless, I am just out the money on this purchase that I made to treat myself. Next time, I’ll go elsewhere.

I have made payments for 2 perfumes and am awaiting shipment to South Africa from FragranceX. Their tracking link doesn’t appear to be functioning as it doesn’t show any information when I click on it. I’ve sent them an email requesting them to assist me with tracking my parcel to which they indicated they revert back to me in 24 hours to no avail. I honestly hope that they are not scamming and that they will be sending me an original fragrance otherwise I will be left with no choice but to request by bank to reverse my payment! UPDATE: I received a response on my email and updates on my order. The order was received neatly packed with bottles in tacked in original packaging. The company definitely needs to improve on communication with their customers. I am however very satisfied with the items I purchased.

Updated: We are happy to hear that you received your order in great condition. We are sorry that the carrier takes forever to update the tracking details. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. I do apologize you feel this way. We do strive to make sure all our customers are taken care of. Please note that South Africa will update tracking when the order is processed through customs in your country. As soon as its processed the carrier will then provide tracking updates. We are sorry for any confusion.
