I am pleased with everything except on my order there was a hold up on my purchase. You all wanted me to call my bank and get a code. When contacted my bank said that is up to the CO. to get that. not you. I was confused. Finally got the situation resolved but it sure made me wonder for awhile, just what is going on? Would repeat shop with Fragrence X anytime now. Great price & perfumes

Bought from fragrancex for years, always ok. Got a bottle of halston1-12 recently with a faulty spray mechanism, intermittent for a while then complete failure. As it is over 30 day policy for returns etc they will not refund or replace. Fortunately this is an inexpensive cologne, unhappy but not as much as if I’d bought something expensive. So beware, contact within 30 days if in receipt of something unsatisfactory,especially if spending a lot of money.
