Waiting ages for my delivery, contacted the courier and FragranceX did not provide adequate customs documents so now my order is being sent back. Contact FragranceX support and get no response. Very very poor.

Really disappointed to be giving them a bad review as I’ve had good service in the past. My first issue was one of my bottles arrived in a poor state, the second arrived not as advertised but one of them was okay. They did sort this out though so I continued to purchase from them. I made an order towards the end of March which was marked at delivered with a blurry photo which wasn’t outside my property. I’ve spoken to DPD several times who have accepted they are at fault and that I need to contact the company for a refund. FrangranceX have done nothing but tell me they’re looking into it. Which today I’ve found out isn’t true from what DPD are telling me. After a month of pestering them through email with no resolution I’ve claimed it back through the bank as I’ve lost all patience. The prices are affordable for a reason, because the service is sub par to say the least!

I purchase two bottles of Trish McEvoy that was sold unboxed. I did not realize that the bottles would not have caps on the spray nozzles. There was some leakage. I contacted customer service and spoke to the rudest person - who told me that the picture on the website shows you it without caps. In ordering it from my phone, I was not aware of unboxed meant no caps. She was very cold and could care less about my dissatisfaction and said that I should have ordered boxed and that I could return the perfume. I have no problem with the perfume, just the no caps and the awful encounter with your customer service person. There should be something that clearly states the unboxed means uncapped! I have purchased from Fragrance x in the past and was very happy with my purchases. This has, however, left a bad taste!
