Shocking company. Sent back a perfume as I ordered the wrong one. They have been refusing to give me a refund for month. I have sent the DPD tracking number the package was sent back with ( using their own label!). They offered me a partial refund, I declined and now they are refusing to refund me. This is against trading standards and should not be allowed. I’ve been fighting this for months. They are a con artist company to deal with. Do not purchase from this site.

Hello! Thank you for taking the time to give us a review and we are sorry that you feel that way. I am able to see that we provided you with a full refund for the returned order on May 10th. Note that we waived the Return Label fee, which we generally charge for client elected returns. We do apologize for taking all this time to process the refund. Please contact us at [email protected] if you need further assistance. Have a great day!

I have ordered a few frags from Fragrancex recently, and they all arrived early and well packaged. The prices are great and the selection is deep. Highly recommend this site for your fragrance needs.
