I was sent the wrong perfume. Simply their mistake. I ordered Carolina Herrera 212 Splash Pink, for women. I received Carolina Herrera 212 Splash ( Blue). Very, very different, with an awful smell. Their condescending excuses included the colour isn't important, I didn't order pink, the colour doesn't matter and saying that they couldn't guarantee the colour, as they don't know what is in the packaging. Believe me, the colour matters. I wasn't having a Barbie moment. I have worn this perfume for years. After email ping pong, which I didn't have time for, with generic, robotic answers, and 'have a nice day' at the end, they eventually, as a gesture of good will, said they would pay for the return, if I sent the product back. Still never admitted they had sent the wrong product. They would not give me a total refund. They wouldn't refund any taxes, or if they considered the perfume had been used. After reading other negative reviews, it is pointless. People not getting a refund or a greatly reduced one and the company gets to have the original product back, to resell. I don't trust them at all and I don't have time for this. No one does. I will never recommend this company and will never order from them again. This was my first and only order with Fragrance X. What a waste of money. I would give them zero stars if I could. Update: I replied to the ping pong emails, stating I don't have time for this game you play. You seem to have all the time in the world to go backwards and forwards with genetic responses, but I don't. You are in the wrong. You sent the wrong item. The colour does matter. Why should I put myself out, correcting your mistake. I'll still be out of pocket whatever. Review still stands. Avoid this company.

Note that the blue item received is not a fragrance for men - it is simply the packaging that this item used to have until they updated it to the pink color. Items/packaging change from time to time at manufacturer's discretion and even though we do our best to have our images updated, sometimes we do rely on the feedback of customers to maintain it updated. To compensate you for the inconvenience, we offered you a partial refund for you to keep the item or a Return Label to return the item to us in case you do not wish to keep it - we received no reply from you on your preferred solution. FragranceX has Great customer service and delivery is quick...i get all my fragrances from FragranceX..all there products are 100% legit Authentic..you will never receive a knockoff...they are a great company and i will never go anywhere else to get my fragrances but FragranceX.

I have been buying mostly from FlagranceX in the last 3 years, since I discovered it. I mostly order Testers, and if I really can’t find a tester, then normal ones. I am very pleased with the prices; it’s almost impossible to sell me fakes, and I know that these are not.
