Hello! Thank you so much for dedicating your time to reviewing our services. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and would like to express our apologies for any dissatisfaction you may have encountered. I can confirm that the request for a verification code is legitimate. You simply need to call the merchant services department (not the regular customer service team) and request the code that verifies the transaction. This is a safety measure to guarantee that the transaction is authorized by you. Note that only the cardholder would be able to get this information from the financial institutiuon. In case you have additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. Have a great day!
