Following my initial rating for Fragrance X online New York based another 1 star rating appears similar event such as mine!Avoid this company at all costs, they ripped me off and like the other customer they wanted photos all sorts of demands to make situation as complicated as possible. Need to look at Walmart USA for example of Customer Care.i lost 80 to 90 US dollars through their stuff up I can afford this loss but many in the world cannot!!!!Anyone doubts my integrity I will forward emails from this company to youWARNING prepared to take a financial loss shop Fragrance X.You will be happy to know that under New York Law you can complain to Federal Agencies iN New York from overseas In my case I have the necessary Digital Footprint and Amex Platinum records so look up site and file official complaint which will be acted upon hopefully this will aid others who were taken for a ride by this unfavourable online company
