Superb customer service, highly recommended
I ordered a bottle of Canoe aftershave from FragranceX and it took only 7 days for that bottle to get me in the UK ! Absolutely amazing , they also took the time to email me to let me know that my order was on its way. Superb customer service, highly recommended ! A great resource for UK customers looking for something a little different, trustworthy and efficient.

Ordered and paid but they ran out of stock, and taking ages to refund me I’m still waiting, poor service all round

The fact that getting my order together was so easy. I like L'Origan! Will you notify me if you get it back in stock? PLEASE pretty please?

Hi Phyllis, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that placing your order was easy and that you enjoy L'Origan. Currently, L'Origan is discontinued and no longer in production. However, if we receive any updates or if it becomes available again, we'll be sure to notify you. In the meantime, you might consider exploring similar fragrances such as Guerlain's L'Heure Bleue, which shares some characteristics with L'Origan.
