I ordered the Kenneth Cole Black by Kenneth Cole Body Spray and the Versace Pour Homme. Both products arrived sealed and in a timely manner!

They claimed order was cancelled due to insufficient funds by bank.trust me there was funds in there and more than enough to cover what was ordered.i emailed them only to be told please update payment details I sent them the original email I got from them after purchase was made with confirmation of purchase along with receipt and along with thank you for shopping with us we hope you enjoy your purchase only to be told please contact bank and please update payment details. Since then I haven't heard bank from them and no ones answers the phone

Took too long to be delivered but that was the fault of the USPS. Checked the tracking info and it went through eight or more distribution centers before I received it.

Good products at a great price ! I know shipping issues are not your fault so I dont hold it against the company thanks again for my order came as advertised !

It got here within a reasonable time. I've been looking everywhere for this perfume. It did cost a little more then I expected for the size of the bottle I got. But, I will purchase it again. This is my all time favorite perfume. I can't even find a good knock off. Nothing comes close. So I will deafantly be buying again. Thank You for having it in stock.

I ordered two fragrances and one of them came with the cap off within the container. The bottle was covered in fragrance and it leaked over the box. Since both the fragrances I ordered had the same bottle design. I compared the two, and there was a clear difference in weight, probably due to the leakage on the damaged one. I reported this issue, and the best offer they gave was a few dollars as compensation because they claimed that 20-25% of the total cost was due to discounts, shipping, and taxes. Very dissatisfying compensation. TLDR: Customer service: 4/10 (fast response, but unsatisfying service) Delivery time: 8/10 (delivery time was reasonable) Price for the quality: 9/10 (if the item wasn't damaged), 6/10 (If the item is damaged. There's a lack of satisfactory compensation for damaged items) Updated: Customer service 2/10 The customer service is just getting worse! I attached the receipt stating how much I paid for a fragrance cause they claim that I paid 60 USD per bottle. Hence why the compensation is low. The receipt clearly states I paid 84.46 USD per bottle. 2 emails later back and forth, they say they can't open the receipt I've attached! WHAT? Mind you, their offer is 6 USD compensation for an 84.46 USD bottle of fragrance that is opened and the container box was drenched in fragrance which is worse than a 2nd hand fragrance in this condition. After a long discussion, they increase the offer to 10 USD.

I was charged 79.03 dollars and never received the product. No one answers the phone, ever! I'm still trying to get my money back. Don't buy from Fragrance X they take your money and you get just frustrated and wasting your time trying to resolve the issue. Calling Bank now because of their horrible service and hopefully they can get it.

Avoid avoid avoid. Ordered 25 June 2024!!!! Received my aftershave which clearly was a fake. It smelled awful. So I paid extra for a tracked return parcel . As of today 17th Feb 2025 !!!!!! No refund . Awful customer service fake product NO REFUND . Avoid ... Don't waste your time or money .....
