Bought 2 perfumes - Dispatched from US so was told delivery estimated 2 weeks, but came within 1 week which was great. Items as described. Packaged very well with protective wrap so arrived with no damages during transit. Happy with purchase, and comfortable to purchase from here again.

Not sure if these perfumes are the real deal Bought the Thomas Kosmala No. Elixir and my skin is paying for it, I am burnt!! I cannot wear jackets or coats with the perfume still on it because it is still burns even from previous sprays. I have been wearing the TK No. 4 eau de perfum for some years which I have been buying from Harrods with no issues. At a £150+ for this perfume NEVER again!!! Do not buy this product.

They sent my perfume to the wrong address AFTER i confirmed my address. They didnt return my money. This time, I paid quite a bit for a bottle of Versace...lasted all of 2 hours. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I ordered perfume for my wife from this horrible company. I was sent a completely different perfume. It was a packer error that sent me perfume with a different fragrance. I returned the perfume to the company, but the company charged me a refund fee...Why are you going to charge me a refund fee? If it wasn't for their employee's mistake, there would have been no refund. The company has an obligation to protect their customers from this kind of thing. Take money out of the employee's paycheck for shoddy work. Why should the customer pay for your mistake? I will never use this store again.
