Bringing a great product for a great price, and in such an easy way to purchase it too

It was left on my front step out in the rain. The pa kage was falling apart by the time I came home from work. The contents were fine, but it could have been placed closer to the house out of the rain.

Made an online purchase. There wasn't any transaction record forwarded to my email. I tried to go online and get tracking and needed a password. I never set up a password, so I attempted to set one up. The system didn't work and never got a password. Left messages, no response. I called and finally got ahold of someone. Order arrived, but seems like a knock off. Fragrance is faint and doesn't last very long.

I personally am very amazed at FragranceX 's selection, prices and service. I received my several orders here in Asia in great condition. Purchase and delivery was completed without a hitch, fragrances are authentic (fragheads know!) and def value for money. I will never again buy at malls. Honestly, have bought here SO MANY times, and never had issues, so i dont understand the people who rant and have many negative things to say - think they are either fraudsters, or have an axe to grind. So many people, in this economy, are going to buy and then claim non-receipt because they want things for free.

Realice un pedido el 8 de febrero y lo cancelaron, aún no me avisan ai correo pero en mi cuenta aparece el pedido cancelado. No hay ningún correo hasta ahora y no se dice nada sobre la devolución del dinero.
