This company is a complete shambles.I would give 0 stars if I could. I have not received my parcel from them due to DPD fault. According to UK law Fragrance X should resend or refund me. They are refusing to do it claiming that DPD delivered correctly. Stay away!!!!

What made my experience great was the availability of products you have. The price were good based on the brick and mortar store prices. I like the idea that you have additional savings after the low prices of your products. I like that the order was shipped out really fast. I will order again and will share your site with friends

Charged for product then shipped it to wrong address. Won't refund or send to correct address. I will never see product or money! #68564572

Placed order 68558344 on Monday of this week. Used Apple Pay as I frequently do with many websites. It all looked ok but then I received an email to say my order was on hold as my payment type address and bank info didn’t match. Odd. Anyway I deleted my address out and re typed it and then emailed them to ask them to check it for me, as the money had gone from my bank. I received a ticket number, but radio silence since. I spent £48.13. This afternoon I’ve had a credit for £44.96, so that little waste of my time has cost me £3.17. It’s not the amount. It’s the principle. I’ve now unsubscribed from their marketing and won’t be using again, or recommending. I’ll be sticking to Notino or Superdrug. Very poor.

This perfume is very speacial to me because it was my mom's favorite🥰. I remember when I was a little girl, (the 80's), she always had Exclamation on her beauty vanity desk. Now I wear it & it reminds me of her🙏💕

Ordered twice and failed to deliver twice. It ended up costing my $30 for a delivery I never received. Then I was told I should contact DPD to find out what went wrong. I mean what's the point when the product has already been sent back to the USA. What kind of service is that? Never ever order from these guys. Try other reliable companies with systems that make sense.

I got my perfume when the email said.
